SEND - Interlibrary Loan Management System is multi-user online software application aiming to support existing interlibrary loan service workflow.
First version of application was created back in 2002 and it was designed for RBI library and its users, while registered Croatian libraries could request documents owned by the RBI Library only.
The SEND 2.0 version upgraded in 2013 is at disposal to other Croatian as well as international libraries in the form of SaaS (Software as a Service).
For a better functionality it is recommendable to use Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer 9+
SEND is designed and developed on open source technologies at Ruđer Bošković's Institute - Centre for scientific informations by the SEND team
